Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh are now husband and wife, just two weeks after his divorce from Camille Grammer was finalized. Congratulations, we think!
The pair exchanged vows during an afternoon ceremony at the Longacre Theater in Manhattan, where he starred in the Tony-winning La Cage aux Folles.
This is the first marriage for Kayte, 29, and the fourth for Kelsey, 55.
After 15 days of legal freedom, Kelsey Grammer is spoken for again!
"Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh were married today at a private ceremony for family and friends," the actor's rep said in a statement.
Kelsey, whose split from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer was chronicled all season on that program, is not looking back.
"I've never been happier in my life," Grammer said of his new life with Kayte Walsh, a British flight attendant. "I'm extremely happy."
Following today's ceremony, the newlyweds and guests headed to the reception at the Plaza Hotel, where the festivities will go until 2 a.m.
Somehow we doubt Camille will be in attendance, but that shouldn't stop her from commenting on the event ad nauseam to gain sympathy/publicity.

On Tuesday, the Dutch batsmen were able to extract 292 runs from the Nagpur wicket. Earlier, in the warm-up game New Zealand played here, their total of 311 was brashly endangered by Ireland, before they prevailed. New Zealand will, therefore, find the wicket kindlier for the experience and sweet memories from that outing. For all your money, the Vidarbha Stadium can be expected to produce another flurry of runs on Friday as well.
AustraliaIt was in Nagpur that Jason Krejza debuted with 12 wickets against the Indian Test side. On Monday, he troubled the Zimbabweans with his flight and tweak, turning the ball square on occasion. While the Aussie batsmen had struggled against spin, it was high pace and aerial movement that Shaun Tait, Mitchell Johnson and Brett Lee used to knock over the Zimbabweans. Johnson picked up four, bowling full and straight, sliding a couple of quick swingers off the outside edge, and will hope to keep his radar going the same. The Kiwis will be in two minds whether to focus their preparations on Australia’s pace attack or on the spinning track.
The pinch of Michael-Hussey-deprivation felt by the Australian side will be aggravated now that he has had a good recovery from his hamstring surgery, becoming fit enough to be considered for the domestic Sheffield Shield matches in Australia. Add to that the great run of scores he had in the 2010 Chappell-Hadlee series and Australia’s dire need of a middle-order batsman capable of standing firm on the turning wickets, and Australian selector Greg Chappell might well be getting some hate-mail.
New Zealand
If the Australians are anxiously training against spin in the nets, New Zealand should be equally concerned about their own discomfort against turn. Having seen Harbhajan Singh and Ravichandran Ashwin topple the Kiwi batsmen in the practice game on Thursday, the likes of Krejza, Smith, Hussey and Clarke will undoubtedly rub their palms with delight when their turn comes. Jesse Ryder virtually yearned for the pavillion against India, flat-batting mistimed shots in trying to cope with the spinners, while Ross Taylor got out before he could bring out his repertoire of sweeps and flicks.
That the New Zealand bowlers utterly crushed the timid Kenyan batsmen at Chennai will not count for too much when Watson and Haddin take strike on Friday. Jacob Oram got some lift with his height, and has displayed a knack for picking up wickets early in his spells. Although Hamish Bennett, who picked up four wickets on Sunday, was effective with his tight lines, he may find it hard to keep his place if Kyle Mills is fit after having missed the team’s tournament opener due to a back problem. Mills does not, however, have a particularly forceful record against Australia, with an average of 31 and economy of over 5, and unless he’s fully fit, Bennett might have the edge over him.
Daniel Vettori is not as dominant against the Australians as he is with the rest of the world. His career bowling average of 31.32 and economy of 4.13 both shoot up playing against the Aussies. But playing on the turning Indian tracks may put a different spin on his stats.

Heidi Klum and Seal drove away from Matsuhisa restaurant in LA on Thursday evening. They ate out at the Beverly Hills hot spot while another celebrity couple, Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez, also shared a dinner date there. Friday Heidi stopped a children’s hospital where she played and posed with some little kids. Heidi and Seal had another adults-only night on the town at last weekend’s Grammys, where Heidi showed her support in a sexy gold gown as Seal picked up an honor. Heidi’s the one in the spotlight, though, on the March issue of Lucky. She calls President Obama “hot†inside the magazine, and perhaps she’ll get a chance to tell him to his face when Seal performs at the White House next week.
Oksana Grigorieva walked away from a huge settlement offer by Mel Gibson last spring because she felt the actor was "bluffing." At what? Well, it's unclear.
The actor's estranged ex told her lawyer she wanted to see "where the chips might fall" in court unless Mel was stripped of some custodial rights with Lucia.
Moreover, she was sure Gibson was "bluffing" and claimed she was forced to sign a $15 million peace deal "under duress" from her own legal advisors.
According to Radar, Oksana Grigorieva sent Eric George the following emails:
"If the opposition is buying my silence, please, we have to renogitiate (sic) the castody (sic) portion and to secure the monetory (sic)," she wrote June 2.
"If they say "No" then Im (sic) prepared to loose (sic) all this money they are paying to me and I WILL go court, see where the chips might fall."
"I'm NOT scared anymore and I'm NOT bluffing. I'm pretty sure the other side was bluffing. He (Mel Gbson) doesn't want this publicity."
By this publicity, she means the Mel Gibson tapes. Funny how those got out.
Her e-mails, texts and documents which provide new insight into the hardball negotiations that took place behind-the-scenes in the pair's legal battles.
The Los Angeles District Attorney will decide as soon as this week whether to charge Gibson with domestic violence and Grigorieva with extortion.
As you've likely ascertained, the case is very complicated and no decision has been made by the D.A. on whether to charge either, neither or both.
Grigorieva's declaration that she would risk it all to "see where the chips might fall" could serve as the crucial evidence required to exonerate her.
Gibson has charged that she concocted an elaborate extortion plot to fleece him of millions, in exchange for suppressing his vulgar phone rants.
While those recordings paint him as a deranged madman, evidence that a crime was committed by either is questionable at best. Stay tuned.
A new TV spot has been released for Michael Bay’s upcoming sequel, Transformers Dark of the Moon. The video aired during NASCAR’s Daytona 500 and it featured new footage not shown in the Super Bowl spot. We get up close and personal with Sam Witwicky and his new girlfriend as played by Rosie Huntington Whiteley. Take a look…
Did we just see two race cars appear in this TV spot? No wonder they decided to debut this video during the Daytona 500. There’s obviously some subliminal marketing going on here. As for the rest of the video, it seems like all of the Transformers have been “suped up†with added weapons and parts. We’re not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing. It was pretty hard to comprehend some of the action scenes in the previous movies, and more moving pieces will only make matters worse.
Also, Sam’s new relationship is at the center of this ad. We originally found it hard to believe that he could land someone as beautiful as Mikaela (Megan Fox), so seeing him with a Victoria’s Secret model just seems ridiculous.
Transformers Dark of the Moon is scheduled to hit theaters on July 1, 2011.
What do you think of the TV spot for Transformers Dark of the Moon?

Therefore it is of primary importance that our skin and body should be taken care of. A woman’s skin is a reflection of her health and beauty; a healthy and glowing skin is of paramount importance.
In addition to the daily use of a specific face wash for your facial skin, a body wash must also be used in shower because the skin of the whole body requires care. Exfoliation should be undertaken regularly along with face polishes and scrubs.
A normal healthy skin is achieved if all the vitamins are present in the daily diet, fruits should be included in routine diet to meet the needs of a perfect skin. Also vegetables must be taken in since they contain anti-oxidants which help in avoiding wrinkles and other ageing lines, having a balanced diet in your life can save you from a zillion problems.
Regular use of moisturizers on skin and body is also very important as it keeps the skin hydrated and healthy, the use of sun blocks should also be emphasized whenever exposure to sun is expected as it protects the skin from sunburns and melanin tumors.
Regular work out routines should be practiced, because working out releases “Endorphins†which are normally known as “happy hormones†and help in achieving a healthy, happy and glowing skin and a fresh body. Exercise gives a feeling of brightness and originality along with a sense of satisfaction.

If you have any problem regarding your skin , never use anything without the prescription of a qualified dermatologist .The products being promoted nowadays could prove dangerous because every skin type is different and has different sensitivity so, always consult your dermatologist before starting a new product.
So keep smiling and take care.
He’s back! Now that Arnold Schwarzenegger, has wrapped his stint as the governor of California, he can focus on more important things â€" acting. It always comes back to acting doesn’t it? Schwarzenegger officially announced via his Twitter that he’s throwing his hat back into the ring and now accepting job offers. Could one of them be the next Terminator film?
On February 10, Schwarzenegger tweeted, “Exciting news. My friends at CAA have been asking me for 7 years when they can take offers seriously. Gave them the green light today.†Shortly after his announcement was made, news about a new Terminator film appeared on Deadline. It suggested that another film may be in the works with room for Schwarzenegger to reprise the role that made him a star.
The site claims that a 24 page treatment has been written for a sixth Terminator film that’s rumored to be a director’s vehicle for Justin Lin. William Wisher, who collaborated with James Cameron on Terminator 2 penned the treatment and a four-page concept outline. His version continued the post-apocalyptic battleground scenario from Terminator Salvation, but added in the element of time travel.
Time travel is always a great way to bring back characters who died in previous installments. They could revive the original Terminator and even Sarah Connor if they really wanted to.
What do you think? Should Schwarzenegger return to acting? Are you interested in seeing another Terminator film?
Salma Hayek was out and about yesterday in Cartagena, Spain with her mother and daughter Valentina after working on her new movie, La Chispa de la Vida, into the late hours of last night. The actress kicked off the year with some rest and relaxation in St. Barts, and recently spent some time shopping with her friend Demi Moore in Paris. She’s putting her jet-setting on hold for the time being, though, as she focuses on her new project. She may get to take a break in the coming weeks, however, if she chooses to head to Paris to support her mogul husband Francois-Henri again during one of his brand’s shows during Paris Fashion Week.
